D. Ghiorzo, M.Ed.

Dorothy Ghiorzo, M.Ed., is a children’s book author, homeschool educator, and curriculum specialist based in Stamford, Connecticut. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, she is passionate about early childhood education and literacy, with advanced studies in curriculum and instruction.

Dorothy is the author of I Can Write! A Fun Writing Workbook for First Graders, Kindergarten Activity Book, Champ and Friends Coloring Book, and her newest release, Bella and the Rainbow Dream.

Through her work, she creates engaging, developmentally appropriate learning tools that inspire creativity and confidence in young learners.

Guided by faith, resilience, and a commitment to service, Dorothy supports families and communities through education, mentorship, and advocacy. She continues to expand her impact through writing and the development of educational resources for homeschool communities.
